Mark has always had a passion for timber. He enjoys finding old native timbers that have not had a former life. Also sourcing timber from a family section at Mt Lyford. His stunning pieces are often experimental as he enjoys learning new techniques. From Small tables, to chunky coat hooks, Lyford Rustic has some unique gifting ideas.

Mark began his woodworking journey back in the UK fitting out his shop. From there developing a business making garden saunas and with Lyford Rustic making interesting homewares.

Like most woodworkers, workshop space is often an issue! Mark has some beautiful Totara and is in the middle of making a mobile kitchen island. When he's not making copious amounts of sawdust, Mark is a Podiatrist and also makes Saunas.
