NZ Stamp Koru Workshop
Dates: Saturday 8th November 2025
Time: 11am - 1pm
Cost: $5 per koru (5cm size)
Where: The Kōwhai Collective, corner Tuam & High St.
About: Each koru takes around 10 minutes to complete, and you’re welcome to make more than one. Choose your favourite New Zealand stamps, create your own unique design, and Monique will finish it with a glossy varnish – ready to take home and enjoy. Suitable for all ages.
Drawing Tips Workshop
Dates: Sunday 9th November 2025
Time: 11am - 1pm
Where: The Kōwhai Collective, corner Tuam & High St.
About: Join Monique for a drawing workshop where you’ll learn practical tips and techniques to take your drawings to the next level. Discover how pencil grades affect tone and texture, explore tools for achieving soft shading. Art by Monique is all self-taught. One interesting aspect to the way Monique draws is that she draws upside down, hence why the 'R' in her logo is this way around. Come see how drawing this way could work for you.
